Leader Gate Valve

The API 600 LEADER Gate has a reputation for quality, honesty, and long service and is incredibly strong, tough, and durable. They are made to operate easily and with good sealing. The valves come in a range of construction materials, with flanged ends or butt-weld ends, and pressure ratings ranging from ASME Class 150 to Class 1500. Gate Valves are constructed with a flexible wedge, an outer screw and yoke, and a bolted bonnet. The valves are API 600 compliant.

Leader Globe Valves

The valves come in a range of construction materials, with flanged ends or butt-weld ends, pressure ratings ranging from ASME Class 150 to Class 1500. Globe Valves are made using a bolted-bonnet structure, an outside screw and yoke, and a ball-type disc. They comply with BS 1873 and, in terms of stuffing box dimensions and shell wall thickness, also satisfy API 600’s general specifications.

Leader Check Valves

The valves come in a range of construction materials, with flanged ends or butt-weld ends, pressure ratings ranging from ASME Class 150 to Class 1500. Check Swing-type valves have a bolted cover structure. They fulfil the main standards of API 600, including shell wall thickness, and are compliant with BS 1868.

Leader Forged Steel valves

While Globe valves have a rising handwheel, Forged Steel Gate valves have a rising stem. To determine if the valve is open or closed, look at the stem’s or handwheel’s position. The flanges on flanged valves are welded on and made of the same material as the body. For ultimate leak prevention, the body-bonnet/cover junction is bolted together with a spirally coiled stainless steel gasket. Flexible graphite packing rings with braided end rings were manufactured using a die to stop gland leakage.

Leader Blowdown Valve

The blowdown valves are a highly well-liked class of pipe valves with many different uses. They are employed for open-position operation. The primary purpose of a blowdown valve is to regulate a continuous flow of fluid or steam under high differential pressure.

Leader Y type Strainer

This item, known as a strainer, is made to eliminate foreign objects from pipe lines and safeguard pumps, metres, valves, and other mechanical equipment that is comparable. “Y” Type Strainers are used for coarse filtering and are named after their shape. However, fine mesh can also be used in large filtration areas. The Strainer increases medium clearance, extends the life of valves, and safeguards pricey pumps, metres, and other equipment. Water, air, gas, oil, steam, and other fluids can all be used with it.
It is possible to install a Y-strainer with the screen element pointed downward in either a horizontal or vertical position (Downward flow). As a result, material can be collected by the strainer screen at its lowest position.
