Forged Steel Globe Valves are Bolted Bonnet & Welded Bonnet, outside screw and yoke type, rising stem design. Forged Valves Body and bonnet made from high-quality forgings. We propose Forged Steel Globe Valves in size 1/2 (DN15) to 2 (DN50) to suit diverse critical, non-critical purposes and pressure ratings in 150~2500LB.
Forged Steel Globe Valve production range includes Regular Port and Standard Port both types of Valve. For High Pressure & Temperature application, Stellited ST6 Face Seat & Globe is Obtainable. Forged Globe Valves are available in:
- Threaded End.
- Socket Weld End.
- Butt Weld End.
- Flanged End Connection.
For Flanged End Forged Globe Valve flanges will be welded with a valve body not integral forged.
Advantages of Forged Steel Globe Valve:
The most reliable advantage is waterproof since there is small friction among the disc and sealing surface while opening or closing. The opening length is only a quarter of the channel diameter of the valve seat, which is much less than that of the gate valve. Usually, there is only one sealing surface between the valve body and seat, thus the manufacturing technology is better. Furthermore, it is easy to maintenance.
